Rod Cullum, Designated Broker
Rod brings
a quarter century of real estate industry experience to his
responsibilities as Broker for Cullum & Associates.
His background in real estate sales, development and construction
greatly enhance Cullum & Associates’ ability to extend
comprehensive brokerage services to its’ clients. As both
a real estate broker and owner/qualifying party for Cullum
Development, Inc., a premier builder of luxury custom homes
in such prestigious areas as Paradise Valley, Desert Mountain
and Silverleaf, Rod brings a unique combination of construction
management experience and extensive real estate knowledge
to our firm.
Past and present professional affiliations include the National
Association of Realtors, National Association of Homebuilders,
the Homebuilder’s Association of Central Arizona, and the
Custom Builder’s Council. He is a member of the Silverleaf
Club locally, and Promontory Golf Club in Park City, Utah.
Among the many community organizations he has served are
Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity. Rod is married
to Kim, who has been involved in the family custom homebuilding
business since its’ inception, and they have two children.

Brian Miller, Realtor
Brian is an experienced agent bringing enthusiasm, knowledge,

than 25 years
of marketing experience, Brian provides the maturity, professionalism,
reliability, and negotiation skills clients expect. Brian
takes a personal
interest in all aspects of the transaction and stands ready
to assist his
clients at all times.
Brian is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors,
Scottsdale
Association of Realtors and Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour
and is a member
of Desert Mountain. Community involvement includes serving
and mentoring
men at the House of Refuge.

Deanna Miller, Realtor
Deanna strives to exceed her client's expectations through
